Job Description
MaintainX is seeking a Director of Software Development to lead the Platform division, responsible for seven foundational teams, and set the engineering standards for the organization. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of software engineering experience, 5+ years of leadership experience, and technical depth in distributed systems, backend or mobile frameworks, platform engineering, and reliability engineering.
