Manager, Integration Delivery - Professional Services

MaintainX is seeking a Manager of Integrations Delivery to lead a team of integration consultants responsible for delivering client-facing integration services and solutions. This role focuses on team development, project oversight, and continuous improvement across all engagements, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction. The position involves coordination with cross-functional teams and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining excellent client relationships and a scalable team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of consultants
• Experience integrating ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics (strongly preferred)
• Experience with integration platforms (e.g., APIs, middleware, iPaaS solutions)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
• Solid understanding of professional services delivery models and metrics
• Proficient in collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet)
