Manager, Integration Delivery - Professional Services

MaintainX is a modern IoT-enabled cloud-based tool for reliability, safety, and operations on physical equipment and facilities. The company is seeking a Manager, Integration Delivery to lead a team of integration consultants who deliver client-facing integration services and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery.
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of consultants.
• Experience integrating ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred.
• Experience with integration platforms and concepts (e.g., APIs, middleware, iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or Celigo).
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Solid understanding of professional services delivery models and metrics (e.g., utilization, billable hours, CSAT).
• Proficient in using collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with shifting priorities.
