Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) – Professional Services

MaintainX is seeking a Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) to lead the centralized PMO responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Enterprise client-facing projects. The PMO Manager will oversee project management standards, drive operational excellence, and support the sales-to-delivery process.

Requirements

• Lead and manage a team of project managers and Professional Services solutions consultants
• Continuously improve PMO processes and methodologies
• Ensure successful delivery of client projects with a focus on timelines, quality, scope, and customer satisfaction
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Delivery teams to support project scoping, resourcing, and planning
• Monitor project portfolio performance and drive reporting on utilization, profitability, risks, and delivery metrics
• Foster strong client relationships and act as an escalation point for complex or at-risk projects
• Ensure accurate forecasting, resource planning, and alignment with financial targets and KPIs
• Promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and the use of best practices across all engagements
• Provide coaching and career development for PMO staff and support onboarding and training for new project managers
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and internal governance standards
