Job Description
MaintainX is hiring a Senior Marketing Lifecycle Responsibility to stimulate growth throughout the customer journey, from converting prospects into qualified opportunities to accelerating integration and activation, through improving adoption and stimulating expansion.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing/CRM/growth in the SaaS B2B sector
- Proven expertise in pre-sales conversion and post-sales integration/adoption/retention programs
- Strong skills in experimentation and analysis
- Practical experience with marketing automation and lifecycle management tools - HubSpot required
- Experience with integrated application tools (Pendo, Intercom, or equivalent) and conversational marketing highly appreciated
- Comfortable with BI and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio; Salesforce experience appreciated
- AI mastery (required)
