Job Description
MaintainX is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to support its Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations organizations. The role involves shaping a high-impact People Business Partnership function, driving high performance, engagement, and scalable growth across the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- CHRP designation is a plus
- Minimum of 4+ years in a people business partnership or advisory role
- Strong understanding of HR legislation and labor standards
- Advanced knowledge in key people practices such as talent and performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement
- Proven ability to develop and implement people programs
- Demonstrated skills in project and change management
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
- High discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate in French being a plus
