The successful candidate will play a key part in establishing a high-impact commercial partnership that will drive high performance, engagement, and evolving growth across the entire company.
Requirements
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, finance, HR, and operations leaders, providing support, guidance, and information that enhances leadership efficiency and drives high performance.
- HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies that improve team performance, employee engagement, organizational efficiency, and long-term growth.
- Program Design and Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve HR programs related to performance, development, engagement, and career evolution.
- Interfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, recruitment, and other HR teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and operational excellence.
- Change Management and Staff Planning: Lead change initiatives and support organizational design, staff planning, and talent mobility to ensure that the right people are in the right roles.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use HR analytics and qualitative information to diagnose problems, identify opportunities, and measure the impact of HR strategies and programs.
- Leadership and Employee Autonomy: Provide training, coaching, and tools that enhance capabilities, develop leaders, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
