Job Description
MaintainX is hiring a Talent Operations Manager to build and lead the operational engine behind how MaintainX hires. The role involves leading a team of recruiting coordinators, sourcers, and specialists, owning the systems, processes, and data infrastructure, and managing 400+ hires per year. The Talent Operations Manager will report to the VP of Talent and partner closely with various departments.
Requirements
- 5+ years in talent operations or recruiting operations
- 2+ years managing a team of coordinators, sourcers, or specialists
- Deep expertise with a modern ATS, preferably Ashby
- Comfortable with data and able to build dashboards, define KPIs, and use metrics to drive decisions
- Experience with capacity modeling and recruiter workload analysis
- SQL or BI tool experience for building custom analytics
