Job Description
Join the Town of Stains, a dynamic municipality of 40,000 inhabitants, as a Water Safety Instructor and contribute to the safety and well-being of users of our aquatic facilities while promoting inclusivity and public service values.
Requirements
- BEESAN, BPJEPS AAN or equivalent diploma
- Up-to-date diplomas (obligatory revisions)
- Mastery of the regulatory framework of aquatic activities
- Knowledge of sport pedagogy and motor development
- Good knowledge of safety devices (POSS)
- Ability to lead groups and adapt pedagogy
- Communication, mediation and management of sensitive situations
- Sense of responsibility and reactivity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Rigor, punctuality and involvement
- Good physical condition
