Job Description
Seasonal diving and lifeguard master position for the City of Stains, supervising and teaching aquatic activities, ensuring user safety, and contributing to the welcoming of a diverse public.
Requirements
- BEESAN, BPJEPS AAN, or equivalent diploma
- Mastery of regulatory framework for sports activities and POSS
- Pedagogical engineering and knowledge of observation and evaluation tools
- Notions of psychology, anatomy, and motor development
- Mastery of rescue techniques
- Conflict mediation and conflict management techniques
- Excellent physical condition
- Sense of responsibility and human relationships
- Punctuality, investment, and spirit of initiative
- Pedagogical mastery and ability to adapt to publics
