Business Analyst, Fundraising Operations

Make-A-Wish Canada is seeking a Business Analyst, Fundraising Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the health, financial integrity, and strategic utility of the organization's fundraising systems. The role involves working with various stakeholders, designing and delivering training programs, and developing dashboards and reports to forecast revenue and donor retention. The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education, 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, and expertise in Salesforce and nonprofit technologies.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business, information systems, data analytics, or equivalent experience, training and education
• 3-5 years' experience in similar roles, with expertise demonstrated in Salesforce and nonprofit technologies
• Salesforce Administrator or other certifications preferred
• Experience with financial reconciliation processes and understanding of fundraising data integration with accounting reporting requirements
• Experience building dashboards, predictive models and revenue forecasts, with advanced proficiency in Tableau or Power BI
• Ability to manage technical workstreams, vendor relationships, licensing, and service escalations
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and external partners
• A clear Criminal Background Check is required
