Job Description
Make-A-Wish Canada is seeking a Donor Care Representative, Office Administration to provide exceptional customer service, manage office needs, and perform data entry and administrative support tasks. The role is a 14-month contract position based in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Requirements
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent combination of training, education and work experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a data entry environment
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to plan, prioritize and multi-task to adhere to deadlines
- Ability to manage large volumes of data entry on an ongoing basis
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Office applications required, especially Excel and Word
