Senior Salesforce Administrator

Make-A-Wish Canada is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their team in Toronto. The successful candidate will lead the execution of day-to-day support, configuration, maintenance, and improvement of their Salesforce platform. They will be responsible for managing the change control process, implementing system enhancements and integrations, and supporting the user community. The role is a full-time, hybrid, permanent position with a hiring range of $83,000-$88,000.

Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• 5+ years of work experience in a system administrator role responsible for fully managing a Salesforce environment
• 3+ years of experience in loading complex, related data sets into the Salesforce environment
• Expert understanding of the Salesforce platform
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with Salesforce Classic user interface and migration to Lightning
• Experience with nonprofit processes
• Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
