Vice President, Mission

Make-A-Wish Canada is seeking a Vice President, Mission to lead their mission strategy and drive the delivery of their wish program. The successful candidate will oversee national mission operations, collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team, and contribute to the organization's growth and impact. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role based in Canada, with a preference for Toronto.

Requirements

• 10+ years of mission delivery or social services experience in a comparable organization
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a multi-level not-for-profit organization is preferred
• Education in social work, social services, or nonprofit business
• Ability to lead strategically and compassionately
