Production Lead - 2nd Shift

Role Overview

The Production Lead II provides advanced leadership and coordination across multiple production lines. This role enhances workforce capability by training team members, supporting process improvement initiatives, and ensuring consistent quality and safety standards.

What You Will Do

Perform all duties outlined in Production Lead I role, monitor and lead more than one production line during the shift as needed, train associates on all positions within the production line, and actively participate in product and process trials and daily drumbeat meetings.

Requirements

• English Language Proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing leadership role
• Strong knowledge of production systems, safety standards, and quality assurance
• Proven ability to train and develop team members
