Production Lead - 3rd Shift

Role Overview

The Production Lead will oversee pre-op and/or tear down, coordinate lines set-up, and lead continuous improvement plant wide. They will be responsible for training and directing 12-40 employees, and will have excellent communication skills and be approachable.

What You Will Do

The Production Lead will review production issues, production schedule orders, and product specifications. They will work with other departments to prevent downtime, and will be responsible for specification compliance, documentation, and record keeping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Three to six months related work experience and/or training
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
