Production Lead I - Packaging - Continental PM

Role Overview

The Production Lead aids the supervisor in providing a safe work environment and producing a quality product using cost-saving practices and efficiencies. The role involves overseeing production operations, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, and promoting a safe environment.

What You Will Do

Order raw materials, monitor production schedules, inspect equipment, and enforce company policies. Assign personnel, provide training, and recommend corrective actions. Lead continuous improvement and ensure specification compliance.

Requirements
