Quality Supervisor

Role Overview

Lead and represent Quality on the plant floor, providing direction to maintain Quality Assurance systems and manage facility internal audits. Coach and mentor QA staff, and support continuous improvement activities.

What You Will Do

Perform risk assessments, execute RCA-CAPAs, investigate consumer complaints, and maintain Quality Notification systems. Generate and review incident reports, and aid in commercialization projects from a quality perspective.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have 2+ years of Quality supervision experience, with 3+ years of related work experience in a beverage or food manufacturing environment. Proficient in MS Office applications and have knowledge of PCQI or HACCP, GFSI certification, and SAP.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 or more years of Quality supervision experience
• 3 or more years of related work experience in a beverage or food manufacturing environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of PCQI or HACCP
• GFSI certification
• SAP knowledge
