Quality Supervisor

Role Overview

Lead and elevate site-level quality operations, guiding a team and influencing cross-functional performance to ensure products meet high standards.

What You Will Do

Lead execution of Quality Management System, support daily production, problem-solving, and continuous improvement efforts, and oversee nonconformance and CAPA processes.

Ideal candidate has strong leadership presence, effective communication skills, and experience with quality management systems, root cause analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering roles
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience supporting new product introduction or process changes in manufacturing environments
