Quality Supervisor I

Role Overview

The Quality Supervisor directs and manages quality assurance activities for the facility, ensuring production meets established quality standards. The role executes internal audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with in-house and external specifications and standards.

What You Will Do

Conduct internal production/process and manufacturing quality control audits, develop and analyze statistical data, and create inspection criteria and procedures. Investigate customer complaints and compile quality reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 4-5 years related experience and/or training in Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
