Job description
The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for implementing the Sanitation program and ensuring that all current Food Safety Standards are met throughout the site. They will train and develop sanitation employees to identify and control GMP issues and enforce food safety standards.
Assist in developing and maintaining the Sanitation program, assist with consumer complaint issues, develop Sanitation procedures and paperwork, and supervise Sanitation staff.
This role requires a strong working relationship with Plant Manager, Quality Manager, and Sanitation Manager, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to make sound business decisions.
