Job Description
Malayan Flour Mills Berhad is seeking an Executive, Organizational Development to coordinate and assist in arranging organizational development programs, manage the talent pool, and drive HR projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/ Organizational Psychology or equivalent
- 2 - 5 years of working experiences
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
