Malbon, a lifestyle brand revolutionizing golf with fashion, music, and art, is seeking a Part-Time Sales Supervisor to join their San Francisco boutique. This role involves supporting Store Managers, coaching team members, maintaining store operations, and representing Malbon’s brand. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience
- Previous leadership or key holder experience
- Passion for golf and culture
- Proven sales acumen
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
