Job Description
Malbon is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join their boutique in Houston, TX. This part-time role will focus on driving results, coaching team members, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring a customer-centric experience. The Sales Supervisor will lead by example on the sales floor and support the Store Manager in achieving goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience
- Passion for golf and culture
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Active floor presence and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
