Job Description
To provide exceptional guest service to guests at Mall of America, assist with product questions, and perform cash handling tasks as a retail cashier for Nickelodeon Universe.
Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- Outstanding guest service skills
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Previous point of sale experience including cash handling
- Interpersonal skills – working alone and with team
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Previous guest service experience preferred
