To provide exceptional guest service to all guests at Mall of America by greeting and conversing with guests and determining their needs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous guest facing retail experience preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Understanding of USD currency
- Outstanding guest service skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
