Benefits Administrator

This position is responsible for administering employee benefits programs within the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Administer and oversee the day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries
• Collaborate with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party vendors to resolve benefits issues
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee benefits records in HRIS and vendor partner systems
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations
• Prepare and distribute required notices, reports, and documentation to employees and government agencies
