Benefits Administrator

As a Benefits Administrator at Thompson Health, you will manage the full lifecycle of 25+ benefit programs for 2,300 associates in a culture of empowerment and employee wellness. You will provide one-on-one benefit consultations, process enrollments and changes, and ensure compliance with benefit-related regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of benefits administration experience
• Strong HRIS experience (UKG preferred)
• Excellent working knowledge of benefits laws
• Proven ability to interpret benefit plans and HR policies
• Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal communication
