Job Description
The Benefits Administrator plays a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and employee-focused benefits support. The ideal candidate brings strong technical benefits knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-service mindset.
Requirements
- 3â5 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience administering health and welfare benefits.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Experience handling escalated or complex employee inquiries.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
