Malt is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Matching and Sourcing squads, focusing on AI search and employee selection. This role involves overseeing product delivery, team performance, talent development, and strategic collaboration with other teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading teams in a rapidly evolving environment.
