Talent Acquisition Expert - Tech & Product for Malt, a leading freelance marketplace, to help shape the future of work. The role involves building the next generation of Engineering, Data, and Product teams through strategic hiring partnerships, high-stakes search leadership, and talent bar raising.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to Tech & Product environments
- Seniority: Experienced in leading senior and high-stakes searches with ability to partner with C-level leadership
- Business-minded and analytical with high standards but low ego, energized by scale and complexity
