Role Overview

The Client Services team provides high-quality support to Man's client base globally, handling client queries, assisting in pitch presentations, and creating marketing materials. The team plays a vital role in the client experience and is fundamental to the firm's success.

What You Will Do

Assist with day-to-day client contact, create and manage RFPs, create marketing materials, assist with client reporting, and work with the client services team to manage the client experience.

Requirements

• Interest in Client Service
• Awareness of the hedge fund industry or asset management
• Ability to write, edit, and support the execution of RFPs
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Good written communication skills
• Numerically literate
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
