Cloud + Procurement Associate

We are seeking a Cloud + Procurement Associate to support Microsoft cloud licensing and procurement coordination, hardware configuration, and asset management operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing models, Partner Center operations, and distributor portals, paired with the discipline to manage queue ownership and SLA adherence in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in computer science or related field, or 1+ years of technical support/troubleshooting experience
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a process-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a multi-client Managed Services and/or helpdesk environment is strongly preferred
