Senior Construction Management / Construction Supervision role for challenging engineering projects, with a well-established company in Düsseldorf, Germany. The job involves creating tenders, ensuring project realization, and coordinating construction execution. The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree, experience in local construction supervision, and knowledge of regulations such as VOB/A, VOB/B, and VOB/C.
Requirements
- Creation of a well-founded call for tenders for engineering projects
- Ensuring the efficient and quality-oriented project realization
- Coordination of the project course and control of the construction execution on site
- Control of the scope of performance in terms of order volume, quality, deadlines, and costs, as well as handling of change management
- Responsible coordination with building owners and technical clarification with specialist planners
- Regional contact person up to successful implementation
- Comprehensive experience in local construction supervision
- Good knowledge of change management
- Experience with complex technical construction projects or infrastructure projects is an advantage
- Safe handling of regulations such as VOB/A, VOB/B, and VOB/C as well as IT tools, for example, AVA program iTWO
