They are looking for a Construction Coordinator / Construction Supervisor / Construction Manager to work on various projects, including excavation and construction planning, road construction, and water engineering.

Requirements

• Independent processing of construction projects from HOAI levels 6-9
• Local construction supervision and site management in the Rhine / Ruhr region
• Responsibility for preparing tenders, including creating performance specifications
• Participation in tenders, including cost estimates
