Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support clients primarily across the Defense and Energy sectors.
Requirements
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and recurring reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
- Translate business and mission requirements into scalable data models and analytical solutions
- Support KPI development, performance metric tracking, and operational reporting
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to inform leadership decisionâmaking
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and governance
- Prepare executive-level briefings and written analytical summaries
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights
- Support compliance with federal data security and information assurance requirements
