Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our IT/BI team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data into trusted, actionable insights, partnering with teams across the organization to define KPIs, design scalable data models, and build intuitive dashboards in Power BI and Domo.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in data and analytics
• Strong understanding of databases, data integration, transformation processes, semantic layers, and modern BI architecture
• Comfortable working with large data sets and turning complexity into clarity
• Positive, collaborative, and self-motivated
• Thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Strong foundation in statistical thinking and data-driven methodologies
• Experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, semantic models, row-level security) and/or Domo (datasets, dataflows, dashboard development)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
