Business Development Consultant (outbound)

We are seeking a Business Development Consultant to assist in the successful acquisition of new clients. This role is for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is seeking a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the Manatal sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential new clients through multichannel outbound strategies, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales or business development role
• Fluent communication in English
• Additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese) are a big plus
• Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment
• Prior experience with software solution sales or within the Recruitment industry is an advantage
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and qualifying leads
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM and prospecting tools and implementing AI prompts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
