We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to assist in acquiring new clients and growing existing ones. The role requires strong sales skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Conducting customer meetings and demonstrating the product
- Maintaining relationships with clients and providing good support, information, guidance, and new business opportunities
- Planning sales strategies and designing activities and plans for sales
- Monitoring competition, economic indicators, and industry trends
- Managing relationships with key principals and frequent communication and reporting
- Maintaining the CRM for opportunities and contact management
- Submitting standard sales metrics, such as, weekly forecasts, pipeline management, business plans, and expense reports
