Accounts Receivable Clerk

Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for our Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of accounts receivable experience with cash applications and a college degree. They will be responsible for entering and posting cash receipts, adjusting and credit applications, and providing AR team copies of checks, wires, and credit applications. The role is hybrid, requiring three days of in-office presence and two days of remote work each week.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of accounts receivable experience with cash applications
• College degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Word & Excel skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Good sense of judgment
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
