Job Description
Mandolin is looking for a Deployment Strategist to lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go-live. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementation management, solutions delivery, or technical onboarding roles, and will excel at driving successful customer implementations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in implementation management, solutions delivery, or technical onboarding roles
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects with external clients
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Deep attention to detail and a passion for process design and optimization
- Experience with SaaS platforms, integrations, or B2B software deployments
