MANDYNAMIC is seeking a Senior Architect on behalf of an Architecture Office in Thessaloniki. Responsibilities include preparation and management of architectural studies, issuance of building permits, and design and development of architectural plans.
Requirements
- Diploma of Architectural Engineer
- Experience of at least 7 years in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of NOC and procedures of freelancers
- Experience in issuing building permits
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design programs (Revit, Archicad, twinmotion, 3ds max, etc.)
- Organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to manage projects
