Requirements
- Ensure customer service according to brand standards, applying sales techniques linked to the training provided by Mango
- Contribute to the development of commercial indicators
- Process all cash transactions in a smooth, efficient, and precise manner
- Perform restocking of the cash desk
- Ensure the cleanliness of the cash desks
- Participate in all tasks related to the operation of the back office areas
- Actively participate in inventory management
- Know and apply the rules for arranging and presenting merchandise and merchandising
- Take care of restocking
- Take care of labeling
- Take care of Click and Collect and online sales
- Maintain the store: ensure that the sales floor is clean and welcoming
