Requirements

• Ensure customer service according to brand standards, applying sales techniques linked to the training provided by Mango;
• Actively contribute to the development of commercial indicators;
• Propose articles, outfits and accessories corresponding to customer needs
• Handle all cash desk transactions in a smooth, efficient and precise manner to ensure that the end of the customer experience in the store is optimal;
• Restock the cash desk (packaging, gift boxes, rolls, etc.);
• Ensure the cleanliness of the cash desks
• Get involved in all tasks related to the operation of the back office areas: delivery, restocking, transfers of entry and exit, product exploitation;
• Actively participate in inventory
• Know and apply the rules for sorting and presenting lines and merchandising;
• Take care of restocking;
• Take care of labeling;
• Take care of Click and Collect and online sales;
• Participate in the implementation of commercial operations;
• Maintain the store: ensure that the sales area is clean and welcoming
