We're seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Assistant to handle inbound and outbound calls, manage client cases, and provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; studies in Communications, Law, Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields preferred.
- Call center, customer service, or related experience (preferred).
- Bilingual: Clear and effective communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Strong command of Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Empathy, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Availability for rotating shifts with full-time commitment.
