Job Description
The New York County District Attorney's Office is seeking a Court Part Data Specialist in its Case Management Services department. The position is responsible for providing highly skilled support to CMS and the office, as well as the CMS managers. The candidate will work on capturing and entering information on all legal proceedings, utilizing office programs to update court records, and preparing reports and documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Three years of experience in community work or community centered activities
- Ability to work overtime on short notice
- Excellent organization, communication, time management, writing and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and high concern for data accuracy
- Ability to update and edit existing proprietary databases
- Proficiency in Internet search strategies and techniques
