Job Description
The Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a nationwide Retailer Investigations contract for the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
Requirements
- Lead overall execution of a nationwide Retailer Investigations program
- Manage and coordinate a geographically dispersed network of investigators
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government
- Oversee case assignment and workload distribution
- Ensure all investigative activities are conducted in compliance with federal regulations
- Implement and manage a Quality Control Program
- Coordinate with state, local, and federal partners
- Provide strategic oversight and continuous improvement recommendations
- Manage program risks and implement corrective actions
- Oversee staffing and performance management of investigative personnel
- Develop and deliver program reporting and metrics
- Support investigations-related business development initiatives
