Job Description
The Manhattan Strategy Group LLC is seeking a Project Manager for an upcoming opportunity to lead all aspects of contract performance supporting the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Unemployment Insurance. The successful candidate will oversee delivery of data analytics, statistical analysis, dashboard development, and performance monitoring services, and serve as the primary point of contact with the Government.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Economics, Public Policy, or related)
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary teams
- At least 5 years supervising technical personnel supporting large-scale analytical efforts
- Experience managing federal contracts, preferably with DOL or workforce programs
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting Unemployment Insurance (UI) programs or similar federal/state workforce systems
