Job Description
The Field Service Technician will perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical testing, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of cranes for customers. This role involves inspection, diagnostics, training, and upkeep of company assets, along with preparing reports and documentation. It requires a commitment to safety and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation (or PIPs), troubleshooting and repair of cranes.
- Perform inspection, diagnosis, and/or crane health checks to customers.
- Conduct operator trainings and commissioning on new or used cranes sold to customers.
- Prepare field service reports and provide recommended parts and maintenance to customers.
- Attend necessary service trainings to improve technical competencies.
- Proper use and upkeep of assigned company assets.
- Observe and comply with safety policies.
