Job Description
Attend breakdowns and repair crane in a timely manner, provide service-related assistance, maintain service reports, and train distributors. Also, analyse and troubleshoot warranty problems, interact with MCG based personnel, and perform other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Trade certificate in mechanical, hydraulics, or electrical engineering
- Able to lift heavy equipment
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of technical service & support related working experience
- Ability to read and work with electronic and hydraulic schematics
- Strong analytical skills
